Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, fabrication dispatch, site assembly, and erection of PEB structures specifically tailored for data center halls and utility buildings.
- Design & Engineering Coordination: Design review PEB framing works, joint and splicing detailing, structural calculations, and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with local wind/seismic codes and heavy equipment load requirements.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Coordinate tightly with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and HVAC teams, as data center routing heavily impacts structural openings and ceiling grids.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise on-site erection contractors, crane/lifting operations, and safety personnel. Oversee material delivery logistics from fabrication plants to congested Mumbai/Navi Mumbai sites.
- Quality & Safety (EHS): Enforce zero-harm safety policies (Working at Heights, Hot Work) and rigorous QA/QC protocols for bolted/welded connections
