All about the role As Performance Engineer, you will report directly to the Platform Engineering and SRE Engineering Manager. The Performance Engineer will be part of our Cloud Native organization, will work closely with our Product teams in eCommerce, Digital Marketing and other Consumer solutions and be involved in the full Software Lifecycle. We already have a solid, modern Engineering foundation and want to continuously improve in a dynamic, iterative manner. You'll own how we prove that our consumer platforms perform at scale: from understanding how customers really use our systems, through designing realistic load and performance tests, to finding bottlenecks and seeing the fixes through. This is both a creative and a detail-oriented role in a very multicultural environment. We want you to be bursting with opinions and passionate about sharing, as well as executing them in a collaborative way.
