Business Title - Performance Services Coach Reporting To – India, Head of Performance Services

What this job involves: Join our HR Operations team as a Performance Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the performance services lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of critical employee matters.

What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like

Manager Capability Development & Coaching:

• Deliver end to end targeted coaching and training to managers on performance services best practices and feedback delivery techniques
• Assist managers with drafting and executing written warnings, clarifications of expectations, performance plans and executing terminations.
