PF Project Management

1. Support preparation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules, milestones, and execution plans to ensure timely completion of project activities. 2. Track physical progress of project activities, prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations, and highlight critical issues requiring intervention. 3. Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Safety, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 4. Ensure adherence to project safety standards, quality requirements, statutory provisions, and company policies during project execution. 5. Maintain project records, schedules, drawings, approvals, meeting minutes, and project documentation to support effective project control and governance.
