Plant Finance Controller

Your Team: The Plant Controller role is responsible for finance activities across production, inventory and plant. The role works closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability of financial processes. Our philosophy: Break. Believe. Build. What you’ll do:

• Overall inventory management & Systems control.
• Strict compliance of all internal finance control, systems & processes.
• Factory ERP implementation & Control.
• Ownership of reporting factory PnL to management
• Verification of COGS production order wise & reconciliation of all production orders on daily/weekly/monthly.
• Controlling all the inventory movement across plant and monitoring the processes.
• Standard cost v/s Actual cost analysis on monthly/ yearly basis.
• Co-ordinating with the auditors for physical verification of inventory and analyzing the physical verification report and taking appropriate measures as suggested by auditors & Management.
