About the Role
The Plant Operating Planning Specialist will be fully accountable of the overall long term and short-term Production planning of assigned brand/brands manufactured and repacked in Baramati plant/ 3PO in alignment with Production Requirements, Suppliers’ Capacities & Manpower Constraints.
1. Assure an efficient Plant production planning based on production inputs coming from BU Supply Planning - Short and Medium Term Plans 2. Assure accountability of Semi-finished materials as per production planning requirements 3. Manage the stock levels for packaging materials by monitoring material coverage and taking proactive actions to prevent shortages or overstock situations 4. Comply to the targeted KPI for Delivery (CFR & PPA) 5. Active participation in improving ITR and SLOB 6. Ensure no destructions on account of miss planning 7. Maintain vendor rating system with Procurement 8. Projects on cost saving & complexity reductions
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle for Production
- Maintain and improve Production Master Plan for factory with the help of Plant Manager
