Job Summary The Pool Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pool facilities. The role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing pool safety rules, responding promptly to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment in accordance with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure guest safety at all times.

• Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid and CPR when required, subject to appropriate training and certification.

• Maintain constant vigilance over guests, especially children and inexperienced swimmers.

• Ensure that lifesaving equipment is available, accessible, and in good working condition.

• Check poolside areas for hazards, slippery surfaces, and unsafe conditions.
