Responsibilities We're looking for a senior technical leader with strong C++/C# skills and a passion for AI to build agentic experiences that reach hundreds of millions of customers. Lead the architecture and design of complex, cross-team AI and agentic features on Windows. Deliver high-quality, performant code, with a focus on latency, memory and reliability across a wide range of devices. Define quality and success metrics for AI experiences, including evaluation, reliability and responsible AI. Work with product, design and data science partners to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped customer value.Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar through modern, AI-assisted practices.
