Position Overview The EMR Operations Sr Process Expert is responsible for managing day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
