Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Process Improvement Consultant – Pharmacy and Infusion provides dedicated Quality support for pharmacy and clinical infusion operations, with a primary focus on incident and non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement. Responsible for conducting thorough and timely investigations of quality incidents and non-conformances, evaluating contributing factors and potential impact, and partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders to determine root causes and develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Uses data, quality methodologies, and process improvement tools to identify trends, reduce recurrence, strengthen processes, and promote sustainable improvements.
