About The Role The UI Platform team develops a set of modular components and frameworks that are used by all Rippling products in web and mobile clients. This provides a consistent, exceptional experience to Rippling customers while allowing Rippling product teams to leverage existing components rather than building from scratch.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the core Rippling experience; from the homepage that users see when they log in to Rippling on web & mobile to how they navigate to different parts of the product. You will ensure that Rippling users – admins, managers and employees – see value quickly from Rippling. What You'll Do:
