Role purpose: Harmonize & ensure consistency of processes across crops by managing a team of PS, monitoring, and shape the product portfolio. Key responsibilities of role:

• Managing a Team of PS in the territory and harmonizing processes across crops and geographies.
• Developing product strategies for a given geography, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals
• Define local Target Product Profile, leading product decisions including market positioning and overall product life cycle management including portfolio shape
• Planning trials: define the standard varieties, trial seed allocation, and standard key traits for evaluation of the PLC 6 trials
• Inputs Seed Production needs of PLC 5 to 6 & 6 to 7 for the territory
