You’ll make a difference by The PCBA Debugging Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, repair, testing, and validation of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) used in railway signalling and safety-critical products. The role requires expertise in electronics debugging, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and coordination with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Test Engineering teams to ensure product reliability and compliance with railway standards. PCBA Debugging & Repair · Diagnose and troubleshoot PCBA failures identified during production, testing, Internal FAT, Customer FAT, and field returns. · Perform component-level debugging using schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and test documentation. · Analyze analogue, digital, power supply, communication, and processor-based circuits. · Repair defective PCBAs through component replacement and rework activities. · Identify intermittent and recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
