Department: Administration / Facilities. Experience: 08 - 12+ years in corporate employee transportation. Application Expertise: Hands-on experience with MoveInSync or any other Transport application is mandatory. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
1. Job Summary
The Transport Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring employee safety, operational efficiency, service quality, vendor compliance, and cost optimization. The candidate must have practical, hands-on experience using the MoveInSync application or any other transport application for daily transport operations, route planning, vehicle allocation, trip monitoring, employee transport management, reporting, and operational issue resolution. The role requires strong coordination with HR, Facilities, Security, transport vendors, and business stakeholders.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. MoveInSync / Transport Application Oversee transport operations through MoveInSync or other transport applications. Manage cab planning, route allocation, vehicle deployment, and trip monitoring. Ensure accurate employee, driver, vehicle, shift, and route data in the system. Monitor trip performance, delays, missed pickups, cancellations, and operational issues. Review transport reports and drive operational improvements. Coordinate with application support teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues.
