Job Description Summary: Job Description: Project Coordinator About ModMed At ModMed, we are transforming healthcare through innovative, cloud-based technology solutions. We build specialty-specific EHR, practice management, revenue cycle management, and patient engagement tools designed to save time, increase efficiency, and empower medical practices. Position Overview The Project Coordinator - Level 1 is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Patient Engagement products (such as Pay, Klara, and Bonsai), ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with client goals and business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager team in onboarding new clients, configuring software features, driving product upsells, managing revenue recognition, and executing administrative initiatives. This role serves as a natural progression path for individuals aspiring to transition into Project Management roles within the Client Services – Implementation department.
