Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L Ownership
- Own overall business performance, including revenue, enrollments, collections, profitability, and P&L, ensuring achievement of organizational targets.
- Develop business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies to improve financial performance, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor business performance through key financial metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustainable business growth.
2. GTM & Central Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to strengthen market presence, increase brand awareness, and accelerate business growth across existing and new markets.
- Lead central marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and regional channels to generate demand, improve lead quality, and maximize student acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing investments, improve campaign effectiveness, and achieve business objectives.
