Responsibilities
Oversee and manage data centre commissioning projects as part of our Client-Side Commissioning Agent (CxA) role, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to timelines.
Lead multi-disciplinary commissioning teams in high-availability environments.
Take commercial responsibility for the project contract, commercial performance and continuous internal reporting across project margins, risks, resource & expense forecasts

Ability to work independently, manage workload, and take responsibility with minimal oversight
Compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety and reporting procedure
Ability to develop and optimise Work Breakdown Schedule of MEP commissioning. Knowledge of scheduling software like Primvera, MSP etc will be an advantage.
Experience of using commissioning tools such as ACC ( BIM 360); Compass; Cx Alloy, Procore.
