Job Characteristics
Team Lead (EM & Civil) is primarily responsible for leading the team in monitoring maintenance & construction/installation of civil/electrical works with quality, safety & timeliness along with cost optimization, as per requirement received from user & management. She/He is also responsible for timely submission of monthly progress MIS, safety data, certification, processing of bills & amendments and other information as required. She/He is also responsible for capitalization of civil Capex works pertaining to EM & Civil group.
Key Responsibilities
- To monitor maintenance and allied electrical works of sub-stations, 66/33KV Grid sub-stations, office buildings, colonies & sub-station flats.
- To monitor construction and allied electrical works of sub-stations, VT centers, RO plants and office buildings.
- To monitor safety & quality of civil/electrical works at assigned jobs.
- To ensure timely submission of MIS reports, safety data as per requirement.
- To ensure timely processing of certified bills & amendments of POs/ROs.
- To ensure timely submission of maintenance and capex PRs/Schemes.
