Job description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Working closely with Project Manager (PM) to update financial plans (As Sold, Revised & Approved) for the new projects.
- Prepare and process invoices in line with PO terms and coordinate with various teams.
- Update and revise project budgets based on approved change orders.
- Funding revaluation and accommodating currency fluctuations and reflecting in the project cost
- Execute and track internal project cost transfers to ensure correct allocation of project expenses.
- For the monthly invoiced projects, revenue events creation.
- Closure of the projects in Oracle and clarity as per PM and PA team
- Prepare and update EAC reports to support financial plan tracking.
- Create and manage task codes and Oracle related tasks to support team.
- Allocate and adjust project resources in Clarity, including timesheet adjustments and alignment with project requirements.
