Role Name:- Site Manager

Required Qualification & Skills

• At least 16-22 years of relevant experience in Construction Management-Wind Energy

• A bachelor's degree or master’s in engineering

• Excellent academic track record and technical acumen

You will also be expected to have

• Good understanding of Indian renewable sector

• Experience in construction management, particularly wind plant

• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

• "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude.

• The ability to work across teams and functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate with Land team, WRA team for the ‘taking over’ of the Land parcels & ROW compliance of the Land.

• Lead and conduct the site Kick off meetings, establish the Ayana Culture at site.

• Lead the site team to achieve the daily task, weekly and monthly targets.

• Responsible for the site work execution and commissioning of the plant, drive the EHS and Quality as per the approved documents.

• Responsible to implement the Core values of the Ayana, Vision & mission.

• Prepare and issue Weekly project dashboard report, Monthly progress report.

• Will work in synchronization with PM for successful project completion which includes cross functional coordination at site, stakeholder management, contact implementation. Planning & estimation of resources (Crane & Tools availability), Civil and Electrical.

• Synchronization of Plans & Schedules with baseline / Revised plan. Monitoring & Controlling of Project Progress (Stage Gate review).

• NCR management, Punchlist compliance, PR compliance.

• Responsible for the successful handing over of the project to O&M team, Site documentation, Checklist etc.

• Site compliance to HSE plan, Safety Induction/Training coverage.

• Control on site expenses within budget

• Implementation of CAPA, Audit - Open Points

• Coordinate with local administration, CLRA and BOCW compliance.
