This position requires a seasoned professional to lead quality control initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. The incumbent will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, implement robust inspection protocols, and uphold safety and environmental standards. This leadership role demands strategic planning, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide quality assurance teams to achieve operational excellence in a high-volume steel manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team within the Iron Zone to ensure adherence to JSW Steel's quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection protocols to maintain product integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
