The Test Manager leads the Quality Engineering function across multiple product portfolios, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will provide leadership, direction and coaching to Test Leads and Quality Engineers while establishing consistent quality practices, governance, automation standards and delivery frameworks across distributed teams. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Delivery, Operations and executive stakeholders to define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy, drive automation maturity and responsible AI-assisted testing, and improve release confidence. This role balances strategic leadership, people management, technical direction, delivery governance and continuous improvement within an automation-first, Agile and DevSecOps environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow Test Leads and Quality Engineers.
• Establish quality standards, governance, and release readiness processes.
• Drive automation maturity and continuous testing across the SDLC.
• Manage QA capacity planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
