Quality Analyst- Morbi

Roles & Responsibilities: Support defect inspection and tracking so quality issues are logged accurately and surfaced for resolution-

• Log and track defect data across Projects consignments and Private Label production
• Compile inspection reports and defect summaries for Manager QAQC review
• Flag recurring defect patterns and potential root causes to the Manager QAQC

Support BIS documentation and compliance so certification records stay complete and audit-ready-

• Maintain and organise BIS certification documents for Private Label contract manufacturers
• Support certification audits with timely, well-organised documentation
• Track certification status, validity and renewal timelines across contract manufacturers

Support customer quality-complaint resolution so disputes are tracked and closed within target TAT-

• Log and track quality-related customer complaints for Projects
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Operations teams to drive resolution
• Monitor complaint-closing TAT and flag delays to the Manager QAQC

Support sustainability data collection so the ESG agenda is grounded in accurate, complete data.-

• Collect and organise GHG / carbon-footprint data across assigned categories
• Support plastic-consumption mapping for Private Label products and Projects sellers under the EPR / PWM compliance agenda
• Support ethical-sourcing assessment data collection across assigned sellers
• Support identification and coordination of green / sustainable product badging with Product and Technology

Build QAQC and sustainability capability under the Manager QAQC's guidance so the role grows toward full category ownership

• Learn category-specific quality and testing standards (BIS and related certifications)
• Support onboarding of Private Label contract manufacturers — documentation collection and system integration
• Support ad hoc quality and sustainability projects under Manager QAQC mentorship
