About the Role Veradigm is seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer to join our Business Systems team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a portfolio of enterprise applications that support critical business operations. The QA Engineer will lead testing efforts for assigned applications, develop and maintain automated regression suites, and serve as the primary QA partner for business analysts, developers, and stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse application landscape, including Salesforce and connected business platforms such as Kantata, LEAH, Gainsight, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and related integrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation, quality engineering, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end test planning, test design, execution, and release validation for assigned applications.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across multiple applications and releases.
