About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management Specialist to lead the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS) within our organization. You will play a key role in helping the company achieve and maintain certification, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of quality across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Conduct a gap analysis to assess current processes against ISO 9001 requirements.
- Develop, document, and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate
internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Train employees and department heads on ISO 9001 requirements and quality best practices.
- Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage non-conformities, risk
assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the certification body (e.g., a NABCB-accredited certifier or an international body such as Bureau Veritas, TÜV, DNV, or BSI operating in India).
- Ensure ongoing compliance and prepare the organization for surveillance and recertification audits.
