Grade:SM Business: Department: Branch BankingSub-Department:BCU Location:C002: Axis House, Worli, Mumbai About BCU To strengthen the controls in the front line, bank has established the Branch Control Unit which will drive unified charter of Controls, Risks and Compliance in the branch network. The new structure will strengthen first line accountability for control failures, drive the control agenda across an integrated framework of erstwhile BBOG, SQ & ROM units. The role would drive significant impact in improving in BOHI scores, Branch Audits, Fraud Outcomes and ensure integration of learning across the Bank, with empowerment to ensure proactive steps are taken towards remediation.

Aboutthe Role Branch Governance Team is responsible to implement Branch Governance matrix, track performance of branches on various operational, risk and compliance parameters, collaborating with both corporate and regional units to ensure effective governance practices across all bank branches. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Audit Rating across regions and identify gaps to improve branch level compliance to control framework. and work with Branch Banking Leadership team to ensure improvement in ratings and meeting defined thresholds.
• Monitoring & Review of closure of all LOC reports of cluster heads / Audit reports and BCU observations/ certification by branch. Compliance to RBI Incognito Visits.
