Branch Operations as per Manual for across the region.
Customer Service via RCRM.
KYC POS Operations (wherever applicable).
Operations Quality.
CSE Development (Trainings on Operations).
Return Mgmt.
Co-ordination with Sales for Investor details required by R& T operations.
Providing effective customer service and Handle Investor Relation within specified region.
Responsible for smooth processing of day to day Branch operations in the region.
Report complex operational issues to Operation Manager/ Head –Branch Operation for resolution.
Providing training and guidance to BOE’s for Branch Operations.
Responsible for RCRM & MIS pertaining to R & T Operations within specified region.
