Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Regional Service Executive located in Kerala.
What a typical day looks like
- Daily Work Management of ASPs, and directing engineers and also addressing operational and technical issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and achieving desired objectives
- ASP (Authorized Service Partner) Appointments and audits as per the defined process and report the facts and take CAPA. Daily review with ASPs, and the Flex team.
- Handling installations of scanners, printers, desktops, and Laptops and providing active troubleshooting support for all hardware, software, and network-related problems.
