Job description
- To monitor the work of senior resident / resident.
- To handle emergencies, perform emergency Tracheostomy when required.
- To supervise all ward work and documentation of records.
- To participate in presentation / publication of articles in national meeting / journals
- To attend to MET calls and emergencies day or night.
- To participate and contribute to the departmental quality initiatives
- To be aware of departments performance and objective
- To carry out data collection / support in data collection
- To adhere the safety norms of the hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules
- To be fully trained and certified in ALS/BLS/ and critical care medicine.
- To perform any task / job as and when assigned by the superior.
