Relationship Manager - MF Collections

Collection & Recovery

• Ensure timely collection of loan EMIs from Micro Finance customers.
• Follow up with overdue and delinquent borrowers through visits and calls.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and reduce overdue accounts.
• Handle skip, bounce, and delinquent cases effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and group members.
• Educate customers on repayment schedules and financial discipline.
• Address customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Field Operations

• Conduct regular center meetings and field visits.
• Verify customer residence and business activities when required.
• Track repayment behavior and identify early warning signals.
• Coordinate with branch and credit teams for portfolio monitoring.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate collection records and reports.
• Update collection status in systems and submit periodic MIS reports.
• Follow ethical collection practices and customer protection norms.
