Job description
- Business Sourcing & Lead Generation:
- Generate home loan and mortgage business through direct field sales, open-market visits, and local micro-markets.
- Build and manage channels like builders, real estate brokers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and institutional partners (e.g., building material dealers). [1, 2, 3]
- Customer Acquisition & Consultation:
- Meet prospective salaried and self-employed customers to explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Assist clients in choosing the right housing finance or Loan Against Property (LAP) product.
