Sales Officer – Salesforce Power User / CRM Operations Specialist
About the role We need someone who knows Salesforce from the user’s side, inside out. You won’t be writing code or building custom integrations. You’ll be the person the sales team turns to for reports, pipeline visibility, follow-ups, and clean data. You should have spent real time in the platform and know where its features are, how they behave, and how to get the most out of them. Key responsibilities • Build and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards for sales leadership and regional managers, including pipeline, forecast, activity, and conversion views. • Set up list views, filters, and report formats that let the team answer their own questions quickly. • Run regular CRM hygiene reviews: identify stale opportunities, missing activity logs, incomplete lead and order fields, and follow up with reps to correct them. • Design and track follow-up workflows, such as overdue tasks, lead aging, and next-step reminders, so nothing falls through. • Maintain a weekly compliance and hygiene tracker with status by rep, region, and manager. • Train sales reps and managers on everyday Salesforce use: logging activities, updating opportunities, reading reports, and using calendar and task features. • Flag data quality issues and process gaps early, with a suggested fix.
