About the Role We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and POSP/channel partners with day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking policy requests, resolving partner queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with POSP/channel partners for onboarding, documentation, and activation.
- Assist the sales team and partners with policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing requests.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure timely processing of policies.
