Position Summary We are seeking a highly capable Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own, administrator, optimize, and continuously improve our sales technology ecosystem.

This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure our technology stack effectively supports the end-to-end sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong CRM administration expertise with sales operations knowledge, workflow automation, data management, reporting, dashboard development, and system integration capabilities.

This is not simply a system maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions that improve seller productivity, pipeline visibility, data quality, and management decision-making.
