• Make outbound calls to PSU Bank managers
• Explain company products/services and address branch manager queries
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or convert calls into sales as per business requirement
• Maintain and update customer leads records
• Follow up on previous calls and leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Handle customer objections effectively
• Provide feedback on customer response and market trends
