SAP Bid Manager – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, planning, and proposal governance. · Develop compelling solution propositions, win themes, value propositions, and differentiators. · Coordinate SAP S/4HANA solutioning across Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, BTP, Fiori, AI, and Cloud areas. · Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and RACI. · Coordinate effort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, pricing, and commercial proposals. · Prepare and manage key proposal deliverables including Executive Summary, Solution Approach, Architecture, Methodology, Project Plan, Governance, and Commercials. · Drive bid reviews, compliance checks, leadership approvals, and final proposal submission. · Support customer workshops, proposal presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations. · Ensure smooth Bid-to-Delivery transition, including SOW, scope, assumptions, estimates, and implementation approach.
