Responsibilities

Functional Expertise & Business Consulting -

- Advise HR business partners on time evaluation logic, working time models, absence processes, time accounts, and country‑specific regulatory requirements.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust functional concepts and guide stakeholders in process optimization.

- Conduct fit‑gap analyses and provide recommendations for process harmonization and simplification across regions.

- Ensure legal and policy compliance related to working time, accruals, absences, and data retention.

Technical Solution Ownership -

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Time Management (PT), including schemas, rules, time valuation, work schedules, and master data dependencies.

- Implement technical changes and coordinate development activities with external and internal teams.
