Job Description

The IT Security Specialist will assist in the development and delivery of SAP security solutions across various SAP applications to ensure Albemarle application data is appropriately protected from either internal or external misuse. This includes design and implementation of SAP security roles, segregation of duties (SOD) analysis, and user provisioning solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s SAP user management and security architecture across SAP environments. This includes hands-on role design and build across complex SAP applications and databases. Primary applications are S/4 HANA, GRC, BW, MDG, TM, GTS, and Fiori.

• Configuration experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control

• Analyze and understand the risks associated with application security exposures and provide solutions to eliminate or reduce these exposures.

• Maintain and monitor compliance with the SAP IT security framework and global IT control environment

• Commitment to upholding government and corporate security guidelines including segregation of duties (SOD), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and various privacy related standards such as GDPR.
