About the role
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE-3) to join our mobile engineering team. You will take ownership of building high-quality mobile experiences using the Flutter framework, while driving technical decisions across native modules on Android and iOS when required.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and engineering leadership to define, design, and ship scalable mobile capabilities while contributing to the core banking platform used across the organization.
You will take ownership of mobile architecture, complex technical problems, and platform-level improvements, while raising engineering standards and enabling the team to build reliable and high-performing mobile experiences.
What you will do
- Partner with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and engineering leadership to analyse complex requirements, define technical solutions, and build consumer-facing features.
- Drive the design and development of reusable Flutter components, libraries, and shared modules that improve engineering efficiency across teams.
- Own and evolve scalable mobile architectures, making sound technical decisions around modularization, maintainability, testability, and long-term platform health.
