About the Team The Developer Productivity (DevX) team builds and maintains the tools, platforms, and infrastructure that help Helpshift engineers reliably build, test, deploy, and release products. We work across CI/CD, build and release automation, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, security, and engineering workflows. Our goal is to reduce engineering friction, improve developer productivity, and make software delivery faster, safer, and more reliable. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys automation, troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and building tools that make engineering teams more productive. What You'll Work On CI/CD & Release Engineering
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release workflows.
- Automate repetitive build and release activities.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and improve pipeline reliability.
- Work with version control and release workflows.
Tools / Technologies: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Git, Helm, Argo CD, or equivalent. Developer Productivity & Automation
- Develop scripts and tools that simplify engineering workflows.
- Automate repetitive operational and development tasks.
