When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Why AstraZeneca
Here your craft in search directly accelerates how our enterprise runs and how fast life-changing medicines reach people who need them. You will work with unexpected teams in the same room, pairing deep expertise with cutting-edge technology to solve real problems at pace. Integrated across the business, you will influence strategy end-to-end—using data, design thinking and AI to drive outcomes that matter—while growing alongside bright, digitally savvy colleagues who value kindness as much as ambition. Your contribution will be visible, meaningful and scaled globally.
