Section Head - Design Robustness
A purpose driven role for you
Lead and govern the Design Review, DFMEA and DVP-derivation process across all technical domains — Body/Structural, EE, Engine/Powertrain, Plastic/Optical and Vehicle Integration — building and managing a team of individual-contributor reliability engineers. Own the department's reliability strategy, standards and governance framework to drive First Time Right design quality, and close the loop between Market Quality/Warranty performance and forward design and validation practice across all two-wheeler programs.

The role carries end-to-end accountability for the Reliability & Robustness department's output — technical rigor across the five domains, and the people, process and stakeholder management needed to deliver it consistently across concurrent programs.
