This leadership role is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and operational excellence of enterprise voice services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and superior call quality across the organization. The position requires 24x5 weekend on-call support (rotational) and involves mentoring team members while driving voice modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities
