The Senior Analyst – People Operations (Compliance) supports end-to-end HR compliance operations for the US business by ensuring accurate data management, regulatory adherence, and timely execution of compliance-driven processes. The role focuses on monitoring employee compliance, maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports and supporting audit-ready documentation while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day People Operations compliance activities in line with policies and regulations
• Generate, analyze, and maintain compliance-related reports and dashboards
• Enter, validate, and update employee and compliance data across HR systems
• Monitor employee compliance, identify anomalies, and communicate findings
• Act as a point of contact for HR partners, onshore teams, and support functions
• Manage and resolve escalated compliance-related queries
• Ensure processes are documented and executed within agreed SLAs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks with accurate documentation
