Role Purpose As Senior Analyst - Product Expert at Accelya, you will independently manage Product Expert workstreams, driving deep product expertise, customer enablement and product knowledge management for airline software products and making a meaningful contribution to the quality and success of Accelya's airline software products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Independently manage deep product expertise, customer enablement and product knowledge management for airline software products workstreams, delivering high-quality product outputs on time
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI-powered knowledge management tools for product content creation, customer enablement and competitive intelligence to improve the quality and efficiency of product workflows
