Job description
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4+ years working experiences in Payment Operations
- Experience in handling cross border Payments including expert level knowledge of MT 100 series, MT 200 series and MT 700 series is a must.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Responsibilities
- Process and validate MT 100, MT 200, and MT 700 series messages for cross-border payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, adhering to internal and external regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their payment-related inquiries and concerns.
