Senior Associate | QA | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Automation Testing QA Consultant who brings a balanced mix of automation expertise and strong functional testing knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust test automation frameworks while also actively contributing to manual and exploratory testing. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure quality at every stage of SDLC
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects
• Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment
• Track and report defects using standard tools and ensure timely closure
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
• Leverage and adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity and code quality

Must-Have Skills Automation Testing

• Strong experience in tools such as: Selenium WebDriver / Cypress / Playwright
