Job description
WSP is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Technician – Civils to support the design and delivery of Lineside Rail Infrastructure Projects & Level Crossing Projects in UK-GCC T&I Team.
The candidate to have expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD design, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and efficient design outputs that meet project standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
MicroStation Experience
- Proven ability to produce accurate 2D rail‑civils drawings to UK standards.
- Experience developing and checking 2D and 3D models for multidisciplinary rail projects.
- Familiar with applying CAD QA processes, CRA‑V practices and structured drawing checks.
- Able to work from survey data, topographical information and other discipline inputs.
- Work through full CAD lifecycle (site data – model – drawing – QA)
3D / BIM Experience
- Capable of creating 3D MicroStation models (track slab, walkways, structural elements).
