Job description

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

4+ years of experience working with the Power Apps platforms.

Experience with coding languages is a plus.

Experience designing and deploying low-code applications using Power Apps to optimize and automate business processes.

Experience working with data platforms and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize and communicate complex analytical results.

Experience in financial services is desirable.

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization.

Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.

Experience working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, familiar with tool like JIRA and Confluence

Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, managers, and SMEs.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deploy soft skills to move work forward despite challenges.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with ability to evaluate data and draw meaningful business conclusions.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Adapts to changing priorities and excels in ambiguous scenarios with a mindset to continue moving forward.
