Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
- Support end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects spanning process design, employee experience, and HR technology implementation.
- Own and deliver defined workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion.
- Develop data-driven insights through research and analysis to inform client recommendations.
- Manage risks, issues, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
